At Just Clogs and Thongs we appreciate your custom and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please be careful in selecting your product so that you will be happy with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied with the product please e-mail us within 7 working days at contact@justclogsandthongs.com BEFORE returning any products explaining the reason for wanting a refund or exchange the product. You will then receive an authorization number and information for the return of the goods. The customer will incur any cost in returning the purchase. An exchange or refund will be organized on inspection of the goods. If it is deemed that the goods have been damaged through wear or misuse then a refund or exchange will NOT be forthcoming.
Just Clogs and Thongs can not take responsibility for any damage that occurred in transit but please let us know so we may contact the shipping company with the complaint. Aussieclogs.com will e-mail you with the results of the complaint.
